Installation of five steps about injector valve :
1.The injector into the cylinder bore, requires accurate alignment, no special resistance; recommended import force: 1 ~ 2kN;
2. Loosen the injector plate, so that no force;
3. high-pressure connecting pipe loaded pretension to 3.5 ~ 8N.m;
4.Tighten the injector:
① To tighten the clamping force required;
② Tight under any circumstances shall not exceed 15kN (compression nut tightening torque is 47 ~ 55N.m);
5. Tighten the high pressure pipe connection: Tightening torque: 12 ~ 22N.m.
Injector valve disassembly note:
① During removal or installation, the valve can not be affected by the electromagnetic force, to prevent damage to the solenoid valve.
② O-ring on the injector only is used once, and not have any damage.
